VPS Servers & Hosting Plans

Plan Termination & Expiry: When your hosting plan is terminated or expired, all systems inside the hosting environment will stop and be deleted immediately. We do not retain data, backups, or configurations after the plan ends. You are responsible for backing up your data before the plan expires or before requesting termination. We recommend exporting or migrating your data well in advance.

Invoice Terms

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for services rendered is due as per the terms specified on this invoice. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. In the event that the customer decides to remove or cancel any service after payment has been made, no refund will be issued.

Changes to Services

Any changes requested to the scope of services outlined in this invoice must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional charges may apply for any changes requested after the commencement of services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this invoice or the services provided shall be resolved in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties.
