Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for services rendered is due as per the terms specified on the invoice or agreement. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. In the event that the customer decides to remove or cancel any service after payment has been made, no refund will be issued.

We are committed to delivering the services as agreed. If you have concerns about your order or the scope of work, please contact us before payment so we can clarify the deliverables and avoid any misunderstanding.

Changes to Services

Any changes requested to the scope of services outlined in your invoice or agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional charges may apply for any changes requested after the commencement of services. We will provide a revised quote for any change in scope before proceeding.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from an invoice or the services provided shall be resolved in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the governing law below.

Governing Law

This refund policy and all related terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to payment or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jordan.

VPS Servers & Hosting Plans

Plan Termination & Expiry: When your hosting plan is terminated or expired, all systems inside the hosting environment will stop and be deleted immediately. We do not retain data, backups, or configurations after the plan ends. You are responsible for backing up your data before the plan expires or before requesting termination. We recommend exporting or migrating your data well in advance.
